In Sarnia Ontario (once referred to by a friend as “that place where those starving kids come from, I think”), 70 people plan to protest the deployment of a new American unmanned aerial surveillance camera.
The Man was noted to visibly nervous about this show of power. It’s been clear for some time that people would fight tooth and nail for their basic human rights, but never was an incident of mooning expected.
The Police Chief, none other than JCVD (stationed here due to Sarnia’s history of bloody rebellions) knows the power that the citizens hold and isn’t willing to risk war in the streets.
Sarnia police Inspector Van Dam said the department isn’t planning to intervene at the collective pant-dropping.
“I would prefer that that not happen,” he said.
As always, JCVD is a fantastic quote. One of the all time greats, and almost on the level of Georges “Rush” St. Pierre who, in his last interview, offered the stunning revelation that he will “Fight good.” and ” Train. Hard. You know. And I fight. Tomorrow I fight.”
